Appointments / Astrology Consultations
All astrology consultations are paid in advance through our website.
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Rescheduling:
You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, subject to the astrologer’s availability.
We will confirm your new appointment time via email or phone.
No-Show Policy:
If you miss your scheduled appointment or fail to attend without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Online Courses
All course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
Access is provided immediately upon purchase, including all course materials, videos, and downloadable resources.
Course Cancellation by Astro by Vanitaa:
In the unlikely event a course is canceled or unavailable after purchase, we will provide either:
A full refund, or
Access to an alternate course of equal value, based on your preference.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, or PayPal.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Transaction processing times for refunds depend on the payment provider and may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
